Dembek, Helen S. on Fenruary 3, 2018 at age 90. Resident of Elmont.Beloved Wife of the late Edward Dembek. Devoted Mother of Edward Dembek (Barbara) , Janice Dembek and John Dembek. Loving Sister of Henry Sikorski. Employed for 36 years by the Nassau County Police Department 3rd Precinct as a clerk /typist. Reposing at Krauss Funeral Home Inc., 1097 Hempstead Tpke., Franklin Square. Visiting Hours: Thursday 2-5 & 7-9pm. Funeral Mass: Friday 9:30am at St. Boniface RC Church, 631 Elmont Rd., Elmont. Interment to follow at Holy Rood Cemetery, Westbury.
