Alfred Medina, 83, of West Hempstead New York sadly passed away on December 3, 2022. Al was born to Connie and Gennaro Medina on October 21, 1939, in New York City. He attended high school in Manhattan. On October 25, 1968, Mr. Medina went on to serve as a New York City policeman for 29 years.
His family will remember him as a fun-loving outgoing man. He enjoyed years of belonging to the NY turners club, bowling leagues, vacationing and being involved in police life activities.
In 1960, Al married his sweetheart Christine in New York City. Al and Christine enjoyed 62 years of marriage together. Al and Christine created a lifetime of memories with each other. They have three children Steven (Stephanie) Medina, Cynthia (Chris) Bianchi, and Alicia (Al) Culmone. They were Blessed with seven grandchildren Steven Medina, Jenna Medina, Jordan Bianchi, Jackson Bianchi, Jillian Culmone, Emily Culmone and Kayla Culmone.
