Obituary of Lenore Adornato

Lenore “Lynn” Adornato, 86 of Franklin Square, New York died on Monday, September 26 at NYU/Langone Hospital in Mineola following a brief illness. She passed peacefully, surrounded in her final days by her loving and beloved family. Lynn is survived by her brother John and his wife Irene, her three children: Gary (and wife Fran) Steve (and wife Celine), and daughter Suzanne, her seven grandchildren: Brian, Pamela, Heather, Kristi, Danielle and Brittney, and her three great-grandchildren: Thomas, Jonathan and Nina. To all those who Lynn loved and held dear to her heart, they knew it abundantly, and without limitation. She was exuberant in her care and devotion to her beloved family and dear friends; it was the defining quality of her extraordinary life, as fully present at the end as ever. As she often noted with anticipation, she goes now to be reunited with the true love of her life, her husband Arthur who passed 41 years ago, but who remained always close to her heart
