“Jared A Hyatt, fondly known as J-Rod to his friends and family passed away on May 16th, 2022, at the young age of 36. Jared was born in Queens, NY on July 10th, 1985. Jared was predeceased by his father Norman Hyatt, Stepfather Thomas Lund, and Grandfather Henry Stanczuk (PopPop).
Jared was a kind-hearted and loving son, protective brother, uncle, grandchild, and cousin. Jared had a host of friends nationwide who he greatly enjoyed attending music festivals and live concerts with. Jared beloved the New York Mets and New York Giants and had an immense love for music of all kinds. Jared tried to grasp a program of recovery at St. Christopher’s in Garrison, NY where he was blessed with many friends. Everywhere Jared went he made friends effortlessly.
Even though he considered everyone family, his love for his nephew Nicholas, and nieces Sarah and Gia was endless. Jared is survived by his Mother Helen Lund, sisters Jessica White (Russel White) and Patricia Lund, his Grandmother(Nana) Jane Stanczuk, and his Godmother Donna Montrony, along with a long list of cousins all close to his heart.”
