Originally from Brooklyn NY, a one time resident of Franklin Square, NY and Massapequa Park, NY.
Beloved brother to Horatio/Sonny (deceased), and Rosemarie. Affectionately known as Uncle or Unc.
Beloved Uncle/Father to Arthur (deceased), Veronica, Donna, Anthony Thomas, Christian, John & Mary, Dean, Paul, Debbie, Ellen, Charlie, Emily, Jay, Thomas, Erin and great, great nephew Benjamin, Caitlin, Anthony, Matthew and James.
Constant aka Connie or Pat was a dedicated family man who always put others first. He was selfless, loving, caring and supportive. He was the Crown Jewel of his family.
He was loved and treasured by many cousins, nieces, nephews and friends and will be missed dearly.
He taught foreign language at St. John’s University and Syosset High School spanning 41years and worked two other jobs to support his family.
He was a pure gem.
