Obituary of Hazel L. Fales

Please share a memory of Hazel to include in a keepsake book for family and friends.
Hazel L. Fales July 27th, 1932-August 17th, 2021 Hazel Fales was the daughter of the late Hazel and Paul Conti. She was married to the late Glenn (Mickey) Jersey, for only 6 years when he was taken from her. She had 2 beautiful children with Mickey. Darlene Elbert and Glenn Jersey. Then she found love again to George Fales. Hazel has 3 beautiful grandchildren which she loved so much. Glenn Jersey, Nicole Elbert and Anthony Jersey. She also had 2 beautiful great-granddaughters that were the light of her eyes, Isabella and Giovana. When we would facetime her, the kids would lighten her up she will be truly missed. My mom was all about family. She had 2 sisters and 4 brothers that she is with now. My mom loved to cook. Anyone who would come to her house she always asked "are you hungry?". She always had meatballs in the freezer, and was known for her crumb cake. Hazel also had a son-in-law, Joe, that she adored. He is an amazing man. Joe took care of her like his own mom.
